We build software AND hardware systems, design applications to help non-experts utilize scientific findings and technologies in their everyday lives. We help end-users attend to overlooked design opportunites in physical interfaces (e.g., improve accessibility, harvest energy from ambient sources), transform them into adaptive interfaces, develop computational solutions and toolkits for everyone to participate in innovating their surroundings.

The HCIED (HCI Engineering and Design) Lab is part of Texas A&M University, Computer Science & Engineering department. If you are interested in working with HCIeders, please visit individual Team member page and their active projects.

HCIed Lab
is located in Engineering Acitivities Building C (EABC), 107C
